Before we can issue you a return shipping label, we must first confirm the return. All returned items must be sent to our warehouse and each product has a specific return address. As most of our products are shipped from Amazon's warehouse, they should also be returned to the same address. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior notice. The goods should be sent to the address stated on the shipping label that you will receive from us. Please print the shipping label and include it in the package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are securely packaged and that you are responsible for the goods until we have received them. The returned goods must be in substantially unchanged condition, i.e. in undamaged, unmarked and unopened original packaging. Remember to return the goods as soon as possible.
