WARRANTY POLICY

Asher warranty is only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The product warranty only applies to original production defects, i.e. not defects that occur when the product's function or appearance is changed by the customer. The customer's receipt is valid as proof of warranty. We will not replace it with a new one. Remember, we do not always guarantee that we can fix it, but we have engineers specifically in this area to look at the defect. In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the product will be sent for repair/service, therefore you must send it by post to: Månadsvägen 66, 177 40 Järfälla. This means that you as the buyer are responsible for shipping costs.

When claiming any product defects, we need photographs that clearly prove the defect. This is to be able to handle your complaint remotely and provide you with the help you need in the matter more quickly.


Our guarantee policy solely applies for 12 months after the day of your purchase. During these 12 months, if anything technical occurs to the item you have purchased from us, we are going to fix it for you. Please bear in mind that we don't always guarantee that we are able to fix the issue, but we have engineers specifically in that field to look at the issue. We also do not replace a faulty one with a new one. For us to take a look at the problem, you need to send the product by post to our warehouse in: Månadsvägen 66, 177 40 Järfälla. All the costs of shipping back and forth are on the buyer. But for the repair process, you don't require to pay anything.

When you are contacting us regarding product defects, we require to see photographs that confirm the defect. We need that in order to be able to handle your case as quickly as possible. To be able to give you help from a distance at first.
