About our return policy

ASHER, as well as third-party commercial sellers on Asher.se, offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. You can find the applicable terms and conditions on this page.

You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (for more information and instructions on your statutory right of withdrawal and how to exercise it).

The same exclusions apply to this voluntary return guarantee as to the right of withdrawal. The following products cannot be returned under the return guarantee (unless they are defective):

Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery or, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery
Audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been broken after delivery
Products that are manufactured to customer specifications or tailored to personal needs
Products that can be quickly destroyed or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded
Services, if the supplier has provided them in their entirety
Newspapers or illustrated publications, with the exception of subscription agreements
Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract, but which can be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the seller has no influence

Please note: As per our returns policy, a returned item must be in the same condition as it was received. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged , and in the condition in which you received them from ASHER (including all accessories). You will find more information on this in relation to specific product categories below.

Deletion of personal data

When you return a product for any reason, you must restore it to the condition it was in when you received it from Asher. In this regard, you must completely erase, remove and eliminate all personal data relating to you and/or third parties that may be contained in the product, and you must remove all accounts that may be associated with the product. You will be fully responsible for any data breach that may occur if you do not do this. You must remove all items that do not belong to the returned product as originally received from Asher. This applies both in relation to the returned product and from the box containing the returned product. Asher is not responsible for any such items that are mistakenly left by you in the returned product or in the box containing the returned product. You agree and accept that the returned product will become the property of Asher, and that Asher is therefore entitled to sell it to third parties at Asher’s sole discretion.

Information marked with an * only applies to items sold directly by Asher, as well as items sold by third-party sellers but shipped from Asher ("Shipped from Asher"). If you are returning items purchased from and shipped by third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly.

Brand labels, warranty cards, certificates, stickers, special packaging

Brand labels, warranty cards, certificates (e.g. regarding authenticity, hardness and estimated value) and stickers must be left on or with the product if you wish to return it. These products, as well as custom-made products, must also be returned in their original packaging.

Shipping note and returns

For accepted return requests, you will receive a shipping label via email that you can access and print. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. ( Fees depend on your item )

When you are entitled to a refund

Asher be is not required to refund or replace an order if you refuse to return the item. This applies unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

You must contact us within a maximum of 1 week.
You should not use the product.
Returns after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt
If the product is damaged during transportation, not our responsibility
